What is pay per use model?
Org need to pay only active user ( Student +teacher and admin ) price at the end of month. The practice is similar to the utility bills (e.g. electricity), where only actually consumed resources are charged. If you have X number of user are active during any month (1st date of the month to end of month 28 th or 30 th or 31st day)then you need to pay like below. Minimum charge Rs. 250/- per month.
Do you have any Extra amount need to pay?
No. If org need any extra change or modification on present portal functionality then extra amount need to pay after discussion and that amount need to pay one time charge .
If Org want to use own domain name ? Is it chargeable ?
Yes it is possible . Then Organization need to pay Rs. 2000 + 18 % GST Set up cost + ( SSL+ Domain Charge As on actual basis ) for the first year and 1000 + 18 % GST per year from the next year onwards.
If Origination is not happy with service then what is the exit policy ?
As you are not paid any extra amount then you can exit any time you want .Though we request you t inform at least one month ago.
If any Organization want to join after Quit ?
Yes , whenever required you can join .
What is the down time of portal ?
It depends to our server service provider platform time . So far it 99.99% uptime observed .
